How do I reserve my wedding date?

A signed contract and a non-refundable, non-transferable date retention fee is required in order to reserve your date.

How far in advance should I book?

On average, weddings begin to book up to 18 months in advance.

Do you have a minimum?

There is a 6-client minimum for all Friday - Sunday weddings, as well as Holiday (day of and weekend of) weddings. If your wedding day services do not meet the 6-client minimum, but you would still like to book, we can accommodate smaller parties for an up-charge. Please inquire within for those situations.

Do you do destination weddings?

Yes! Additional fees relating to flights, transportation, lodging, and per diems will apply for all destination weddings. Inquire within for accurate pricing.

Will Melissa, herself be performing my services?

Melissa’s goal is to be completely transparent with all of her clients. Her personal services are in high demand, and she does about 90 weddings alone. She typically attends every wedding that she books for herself, however if Melissa is not personally available for your date, she will reserve another Artist from her valued beauty team.

When should I book my Consultation and Trial?

First, Trials are not required. Most brides schedule their trials 3-4 months prior to the big day. Trials are typically held Monday-Friday. A weekend premium rate of $25 will be added per service for trials conducted on Saturday or Sunday or Holiday weekends.

Some great times for a trial, could be a bridal shower day, before a bachlorette party, or even before your final dress fitting to see all of it together!

Where will my trial run take place?

The artist's we book for are on location stylists. Some artists have their own studios and others only provide on-location accommodations. We will provide you with more details when you are ready to book your trial. If your artist is Melissa herself, you will be going to the Pewaukee, WI location.

I have multiple looks I want to try at my trial. How many looks do I get?

The trial is set for one look. If you would like multiple looks, we can schedule back-to-back trial looks for you. Each look is subject to the same trial pricing.

Will I have to reapply my lip color through the day?

Lip products used are long wearing, however will not last all day. Lipstick is the only thing you will need to touch-up. We suggest Brides/Bridesmaids/mothers/etc... bring their own lip color for touch-ups. If you would like to use the same lip product applied at your trial please ask the artist where you can get it or if she can get it for you.

You will need to have a freshly cleansed face before having makeup applied. If your skin has open sores, it is up to the descrestion of the artist if they feel comforatble to perform services. For hair it will need to be clean/dry hair. Our stylists do not travel with a hair dryer. If your hair is naturally textured, please come with hair relaxed or blown out if not planning to use your natural curl. We charge extra, for extrememly dirty/unwashed for days hair.
